Our Travel Policy
We understand that booking an overseas trip at the moment can be a bit nerve-racking, which is why we are proud to provide our ‘Travel With Confidence’ Policy!
Should you wish not to travel, you are able to change your trip date for free! Additionally, If 30 days out from your departure date the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) advise against all but essential travel to your destination, you will receive a full cash refund of the trip cost.
All of our expedition accommodation has up to date COVID safe accreditation and our staff are trained to help keep fundraising participants as safe as possible throughout the amazing adventure!

Food & Accommodation
Delicious curries, exotic fruit and boutique accommodation - Sri Lanka has it all! The Ride4Charity expedition includes the majority of meals as well as all accommodation.
